Information you provide. When you apply to join the team, book a strategy call, or create an agent-portal account, we collect:

• First and last name, email address, and phone number;
• Social media handle (e.g., Instagram) and who referred you, if you provide them;
• Your answers to our qualifying and “about you” questions;
• Your selected interview time, time zone, and browser time zone; and
• Agent-portal account details and any information you add later.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we may collect pages viewed, browser and device type, approximate location (IP), how you arrived at the site, and general usage data through cookies and analytics tools.

We use the information we collect to:

• Review your application and decide whether to advance you to a strategy call;
• Schedule, confirm, and remind you about your interview with our team;
• Create and administer your agent-portal account and approve access;
• Communicate with you about licensing, onboarding, your application, and your account;
