You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. Our agent opportunities are intended for U.S. residents. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times.

Applying to join Averis is an expression of interest, not an offer of employment or a guarantee of acceptance. Our team reviews applications and schedules strategy calls at our discretion. Agents who join Averis do so as independent contractors, not employees, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Approval of an agent-portal account is at our discretion and may be revoked.

To sell insurance through Averis, you must hold all required state insurance licenses and appointments in good standing. We may point you to resources for the 2-week licensing bootcamp, fingerprints, E&O insurance, and your state exam, but you are responsible for completing and maintaining your own licensing. We do not guarantee that you will become licensed or earn any income.

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Misrepresent yourself or provide false information;
• Scrape, copy, or overload the site or its systems;
• Interfere with security or attempt to access restricted areas; or
• Use the site to send spam or violate any law or third-party right.

If you create an agent-portal account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

The content, branding, scripts, training materials, and design of this site are owned byAveris or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without our written permission.

The site links to insurance carriers, training providers, and other third-party services that have their own terms and policies. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

This site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Insurance products are sold only by properly licensed agents. Income figures and testimonials shown on the site are illustrative and not a guarantee of your results. Your earnings depend on your effort, market, and many other factors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Averis and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of income, arising from your use of the site or these Terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold Averis harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
